Hi everyone, welcome back to Wellness Minute! I’m Dr. Brent Johnson, and today, we’re busting some of the most common myths we hear about chiropractic care.
Alright, let’s start with one of the biggest ones:
Myth #1: “Chiropractic is dangerous.”
The truth? Chiropractic care is incredibly safe — especially when it’s performed by trained, licensed professionals like the ones here at Castle Hills Chiropractic. In fact, it’s far less risky than many other common treatments for pain, like surgery or long-term use of pain medications.
Myth #2: “Once you start going to the chiropractor, you have to go forever.”
Nope, not true!
Our goal is always to help you get better and empower you to stay better. Some people choose ongoing care because they feel the benefits — like improved mobility, less pain, better posture — and they want to maintain that. But it’s your choice. We customize every plan to what you actually need.
Myth #3: “Chiropractic is only for back pain.”
Definitely not!
